Make your professional status easy to find
Start with your profession, relevant areas of practice and an accurate summary of experience. List qualification titles, awarding institutions and completion dates. State your current professional registration and distinguish a licence already held from an application still in progress. A recruiter should be able to understand your profile without guessing what a certificate means.
Describe experience with evidence
For each role, include employer, location, dates, responsibilities and the setting in which you worked. Explain the types of services you supported and your responsibilities within the team. Describe achievements only when you can substantiate them. Avoid patient names, identifiable case histories and confidential employer information. Brief, specific examples are more useful than a long list of generic qualities.
Keep the CV and documents consistent
Check that your CV dates match employment letters and qualification records. Explain gaps accurately instead of letting an AI tool invent a role or alter a date. Keep a separate document checklist for evidence that may be requested later. An initial CV does not need passport numbers, bank details or every private document you own. Use the secure application process when a recruiter requests supporting evidence.
Tailor it to the destination and role
Read the published vacancy before applying. Make relevant experience clear and record your preferred country, location and availability. Midora supports the UK, UAE, Germany, Australia, New Zealand and Russia; the registration route is not identical across those destinations. Ask which profession-specific requirements apply before describing yourself as ready to practise.
Use a readiness score as a next-step tool
Upload your CV to Midora’s CV review for suggestions about clarity, missing information and supporting evidence. A readiness score helps organise preparation; it is not regulator approval, a background-check result or an employment decision. Review suggestions yourself, correct factual errors and then speak to a recruiter about suitable published roles. Midora charges applicants no recruitment fees.
