Help recruiters understand your setting, responsibilities and relevant experience while protecting patient confidentiality.

Name the setting and your responsibilities

Explain the service setting, employer, dates and your professional role. For physiotherapy, describe the relevant areas of practice and responsibilities accurately. For radiography, explain the work and equipment experience relevant to the vacancy without implying competence or authorisation you do not hold. A specific professional outline helps a recruiter ask informed follow-up questions.

Explain your role in the team

Describe reporting arrangements, collaboration and responsibilities within your scope of practice. Separate work you performed from work you observed during training. Make supervision or placement status clear where it is relevant. Avoid filling the CV with technical terms solely to match keywords; recruiters need an accurate account of what you can substantiate.

Support claims without sharing patient information

Use non-identifying descriptions of responsibilities or service improvements. Do not include names, patient images, identifiable case details or confidential clinical records. Keep references and employment evidence separate from the public-facing CV until the recruiter explains the secure process and permission needed. Evidence should make the profile clearer without creating a privacy problem.

Match the application to the destination

The UK, UAE, Germany, Australia, New Zealand and Russia have different professional registration contexts. Ask which regulator and route apply to your exact profession and qualification background. A job advertisement is not itself confirmation that you are eligible to practise. Record current registration accurately and identify what is still being investigated.

Turn the review into a useful next step

Run a CV review, correct unclear wording and check dates against supporting documents. Then discuss the published role with Midora: relevant experience, destination preference, interview availability and unresolved requirements. A readiness score is a preparation aid, not a verification decision or a guarantee of employment. Applicants pay Midora no recruitment fees.
